Real Ideas About The Illegal Immigration Crisis in California!


This is only an opinion on what we could do to save this great state. I am not an attorney so I don’t even if these ideas are legal, but they are born from common sense. Most of the policies and laws California Lawmakers pass and write make no sense and only make everything worse.

WARNING THESE IDEAS ARE NOT FOR THE EASILY OFFENDED:

  1. CORRUPT POLITICIANS: HAVE TO GO

  • BRING IN THE NATIONAL GUARD/THE MILITARY POLICE/THE ARMY and arrest every single corrupt official in this State. From the Governor to the Judges to The City Controllers who are dirty and corrupt. It’s not that hard to find them, go to every Sanctuary City & start with all the officials who are responsible for deciding if that city allows illegals to hide amongst its residents without fear.
  • THEN GO TO THE COURTHOUSES AND LOOK AT THE KICKBACKS between judges and agencies like “DCCS” (child support Nazis). There is sooo much corruption going on there Helen Keller could see it. Maxine Waters, the California congresswoman has been dubbed as one of the nation’s “most corrupt” elected officials by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington for her role in pushing a bailout for a bank tied to her family. 
  • ROUND UP THEIR CAMPAIGN DONATION LIST/AMOUNTS: For most Californians, the year-2000 Proposition 34 was little more than a meaningless formality. But not to politicians or political party officials. The 18-year-old initiative sets inflation-adjusted limits on what individuals and organizations can donate to candidates, ranging today from $4,400 for state legislative races to $29,200 for those running for governor. But there are no limits on giving to state and local political parties or how they can spend that money.
  • LIST OF LOSERS BENEFITED FROM THIS:Democratic state Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher and her husband Nathan Fletcher, a former Republican whip in the Assembly and a two-time loser in runs for mayor of San Diego. former Democratic Gov. Gray Davis.
  • REPUBLICAN FORMER CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR HAD IT RIGHT READ THIS He had an idea to shake up 12,000 people and get the dem stronghold out of California.
  • FBI RAIDS SHOW CORRUPTION IN CALIFORNIA IS RAMPANT EVEN IN THE DEPT OF WATER AND POWER. It won’t be that hard to decide which ones are no good and need to be arrested.

 2. ONCE THEY ARE ALL ROUNDED UP The real work begins 

  • DECLARE CALIFORNIA UNDER TEMPORARY MARTIAL LAW: In strict dictionary terms, martial law is the suspension of civil authority and the imposition of military authority. When we say a region or country is "under martial law," we mean to say that the military is in control of the area, that it acts as the police, as the courts, as the legislature. 
  • THIS IS TO PROTECT THE RESIDENTS while the Military begins to clean the State up. To protect the business owners and shops from riots and the kids on their way to school. Now that the politicians are gone and all their useless committee’s and pretend offices of power, they held but did nothing are empty. We can’t have the repressed and poor who have been left behind and forgotten for too long to riot out of understandable anger. We are going to clean this mess up and those people will have the wrongs done to them righted, but if they break the law and riot and burn LA to the ground before it’s able to happen, they will miss their shot to start over in a non-corrupt system. 
  • GO GET EVERY ILLEGAL ALIEN/DREAMER/ANCHOR BABY IN THE STATE: Hold Immediate Immigration Hearings on everyone. Even if you have to bring in Judges from all over and even temporarily promote a bunch of DA/PD to handle the caseload. 
  • THIS IS THE HARD PART TO HEAR: Deport any and all of them currently on any social welfare/food stamps/section 8 housing/ unemployment benefits/ Disability basically any federal or state aid they all have to go. If a Mom gets deported but Dad doesn’t all children must go as well. If a Dad gets deported but Mom doesn’t, they all go. We aren’t splitting up families, but we aren’t recognizing anchor babies or dreamers anymore. Crawling to our southern border 9 months pregnant sneaking in the Country, then waiting for ICE/BP Agents to find you in labor, and get taken to the ER to deliver your ticket to USA citizenship on tax payers $$ is no longer an OPTION FOR ANYONE! If your Mom was not a citizen and you were born in the USA on January 1994 and after, your citizenship is revoked. 
  • HOW TO MAKE THE DESERVING ILLEGALS HERE CITIZENS: There are many illegals in California who deserve to be here. I know quite a few. They have successful businesses, they want to be here, they love the USA. They have homes and husbands, but because of the herd at the Southern Border, they keep getting pushed back and told to wait. No More all of these ‘Merit Based Proven Immigrants” will immediately be citizens. The taxes we can now collect on these people combined with the welfare we aren’t spending on the others will immediately use a surplus in $$, which we need for a later part of the plan. 
  • HOW TO KEEP THE ONES DEPORTED OUT: This is a 2-part solution. It won’t work by just punishing the people illegally living here. 

  • PART 1:We need to go after why they are here. They come here because they have job opportunity here. NO MORE! Any company owners found using illegal aliens will be charged with a Felony punishable by 5 years in jail mandatory 1st offense! Plus, a 1 Million dollar fine. There will be no deals offered no buying your way-out jail and no passing the buck to lower management. The people in the corporation or company who benefit financially the most from using illegals are the ones who will be in jail. 

  • Part 2: The punishment for being caught in the USA/California illegally is a 10-year mandatory jail sentence after your 1st deportation. If you are deported or denied immigration or miss one court date, you are blackballed for 15 years. You can apply for travel visas and come back and forth daily to work (if you pay taxes on new FED given IMMIGRANT TAX NUMBERS) like EIN’s for illegals. You get no benefits for this number it’s a way to pay taxes to the State if you work LEGALLY in Cali but don’t Live here. If you are a Mother oh well your kids get deported and you go to jail. No foster care or family detention centers. People in US jails aren’t in there with their kids in family centers. So no, Illegals don’t get it either. No mother would risk this by coming back. 

  • NEXT CLEAN UP THE HOMELESS POPULATION: This solution is 3 parts. Now that we’ve got the illegals gone or made citizens and are enjoying the financial benefits of doing so, we can start helping our own. 
  • PART 1: WE DON’T HAVE A HOMELESS PROBLEM, WE HAVE A POPULATION ADDICTED TO DRUGS PROBLEM. Hard to hear for those liberal asshats I know but so true. Once PROPOSITION 47 Criminal Sentences. Misdemeanor Penalties. Initiative Statute was passed. Thank You for nothing Kamla Harris who wrote this shit bill. The prisons opened up and the druggies poured out then the new druggies got slap on the wrists for drug possession of Heroin, Cocaine and Meth. This doesn’t work neither does locking them up. We need Rehab facilities. Nice, non- jail-institution type facilities that focus on rehabilitation. The ones with criminal pasts will be on lock down inside the nice facility with weekend passes to family only visits after 90 days for 2 years. Then they will slowly go to sober living and then release once they can live off welfare in society. If they can’t do treatment and get better, then they go to jail 10 years mandatory after 2nd time flunking out of rehab. These will be nice rehab centers in home like settings with qualified therapists and specific areas to separate people due to their needs. PTSD/Anorexia/Depression/BPD/ECT. 

  • PART 2: WE DON’T HAVE A HOMELESS PROBLEM, WE HAVE A POPULATION SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS. We do same thing with these people as we did with the druggies. (PS I’m a recovering addict 3 years clean so I can call them this as I used to be one)

  • PART 3: THE REMAINING GROUP: This group of people is the smallest but saddest it’s the ones who can’t afford but work or lost their homes in Calif mortgage crisis. The ones who work full time but can’t afford rent. These people all get a home or apartment. Today! We have the property to give them. Payment in full to owners of property, by the new surplus from not wasting $ doing nothing about the homeless and paying the salaries of the corrupt assholes pretending to fix it. 

  • WE GOT TO FIX THE LAWS AND TAXES: While still under martial law all laws concerning sanctuary cities and easy on drug offenders needs to be repealed. We already fixed that shit so why fuck it up again with these laws. Get rid of the no cap on political donation laws, instill term limits on all positions from the lowest office to the DAMN S.O.T.H. NANCY PELOSI who is also in jail at this point. Her family along with the Getty’s Browns, Feinstein’s and Newsome’s are corrupt and have been ripping off the State since the 40’s. Plus they are all related Newsome campaign funded by the 8 richest families in California and why they did it.

  • TAXES, LAWS AND REGULATIONS: Gas Tax, Corporation Taxes, Higher Income Taxes, Ballot Harvesting, Gun Laws, Sanctuary Cities, Immunization Laws, The Repeal of the Death Penalty, Free Healthcare to all (illegals included), The lack of ability of Police to do their jobs, Homeless isn’t a crime, Same sex bathrooms, Climate Change Laws, SB 50, The rest of the liberal disaster laws and regualtions are all gone for good!Jungle Primaries and redistricting, The stupid fight against all Trumps Policies which have hurt our State. 

  •  NEW ELECTIONS FOR EVERY POSITION: Elect new people and don’t let them change our laws back without votes by residents. Now the military can go home and hopefully we can try again in California and never let this happen again. The other solution would be civil war.
